  • e54bea3: Update the scaffolded project templates to pnpm 12.10.1, which requires pnpm 12 and Node 22 or newer to install them.

    pnpm 11 stopped reading the pnpm field in package.json, so template settings now live in a pnpm-workspace.yaml beside it. For the Next.js template this includes the next-auth@4.24.11 patch, which would otherwise have been silently dropped from new projects.

    pnpm 11 also blocks dependency build scripts by default and fails the install for any script-bearing dependency that is neither allowed nor denied, so the templates ship an allowBuilds list covering the packages they install. Add an entry there if you add a dependency that runs an install script.

    Installs for a generated project now run as part of the workspace it belongs to. A project scaffolded into a mono-repo drops its own pnpm-workspace.yaml, because pnpm applies only the root's settings and a nested copy would split the project back out of the workspace.

  • a16f35f: Upgrade the mono-repo template's turbo to 2.11.9 so it can read the pnpm 12 lockfile. Older turbo versions fail turbo prune in the Lagoon frontend image and fall back to hashing the whole lockfile for every task.
